Keepsake is more than just an intake form. With Keepsake, you can give your law firm a modern, client-facing interface and create a better customer experience from intake to final deliverable. For your firm, Keepsake allows you to create, send, and manage intake forms in one place. When your clients are done with their intake form, you can integrate their responses with your existing legal tools. On the client side, the Keepsake client portal allows clients to easily access all their intake responses, estate plans (once you upload them), and 100+ additional life topics that are essential to include in an estate but are often overlooked in traditional estate deliverables.

Keepsake does not replace your existing legal tools and instead works alongside them. With our integrations hub, we make it easy to sync over matter information from intake forms into your CRM, drafting, and case management software in one easy step. We specialize in creating the best possible intake experience for your clients, so you can make a great first impression that will close more clients and reduce time to completion.

Clients receive the intake form when you send them an invitation link associated with your firm. Clients then create a secure account through Keepsake, so they can easily access their intake form again over multiple sessions.

Keepsake is designed for all demographics and use cases. You can download pdfs of blank intake form templates and all of the topics in the client portal.

Yes. You can upload as many documents as you wish in the Keepsake client portal. This will be accessible to your client in the ‘Estate Plan’ topic.

Keepsake leverages technical and non-technical measures to ensure best practices regarding security. Keepsake encrypts all attorney and client information from the moment it is uploaded, ensuring no one (including anyone at Keepsake) can access personal information. Passwords must meet strict requirements, users must verify log ins with two-factor authentication, and we host all application data on the world’s leading cloud computing platform.

The Keepsake client portal is a way for you to offer a digital, more accessible copy of your estate ‘binder’ while covering crucial life topics that supplement an estate plan. Your clients can benefit from guided prompts across topics such as passwords, life stories, photos & videos, family recipes, property, insurance, money, and much more. As an attorney, you will have access to your client’s ‘Estate Plan’ topic by default, and you can add completed estate plans here directly. You will not be shared with any other topics unless your client specifically shares them with you in the future.

Because the number of matters created per month often fluctuates, we take the average number of matters created per month over a 3 month period. If the average number of matters per month over the 3 month period exceeds your plan tier limits, you will automatically be upgraded to the next tier within 14 days, or upon the next billing cycle, whichever date comes first.

Once your 14 day free trial ends, if you do not sign up for a Keepsake membership, your account will be frozen and any client intake information will be unavailable. If you wish to sign up after this time, your account information will be saved. If you invited a client to complete an intake form in the 14 day period, they will receive a message indicating that their attorney no longer sponsors their account with the option to either: assume the payment as a regular (non-attorney sponsored) user of $120/yr, or they can download their information before their account will be deactivated after 3 months.
